North & Central Ventures and BCDC have broken ground on a luxury townhome community in historic downtown Hapeville, capitalizing on the demand for high-quality, single-family for-rent living with premier access to major jobs and amenities.
Situated on 3.9 acres at 781 North Central Avenue, the property will include 68 Class A townhomes, greenspace and outdoor common areas where residents and their guests can connect and relax.

The architect and general contractor for the project is Harrison Homes, an affiliate of NCV, which has more than 15 years of experience delivering residential custom homes, condos and townhomes in metro Atlanta.
First occupancy is anticipated in the first quarter of 2023.
